Here's one way to keep the grim of everyday living out of your house. Ikea's Shoe Racks are a great buy for only $9.99. I spruced mine up with a glossy coat of fire engine red spray paint. Here's a tip: if you want to do something similar, make sure to lightly sand the surface to remove stray splinters and find spray paint that can withstand the outdoors.
